In the field of insol­ven­cy law, we reg­u­lar­ly advise and act as coun­sel for our clients in mat­ters sur­round­ing the avoid­ance of insol­ven­cy pro­ceed­ings against the insol­ven­cy admin­is­tra­tor. This involves both the draft­ing of water­tight con­trac­tu­al agree­ments as well as defend­ing against chal­lenges from insol­ven­cy admin­is­tra­tors. Our activ­i­ties encom­pass also the fre­quent fil­ing and enforce­ment of insol­ven­cy claims.

In the area of law gov­ern­ing trans­port and freight for­ward­ing, we work for numer­ous trans­port and logis­tics com­pa­nies and their share­hold­ers. Our activ­i­ties in this field include not only spe­cial ques­tions revolv­ing around freight for­ward­ing and freight law, but also reg­u­lar coun­sel and advice on more gen­er­al com­mer­cial and mar­itime law issues.

Final­ly, we pro­vide our clients with com­pre­hen­sive sup­port in all areas of com­pe­ti­tion law and in the field of intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty. We attend to the pro­tec­tion and reg­is­tra­tion of patents, trade­marks and oth­er intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty rights and are hap­py to work togeth­er with tech­ni­cal­ly expe­ri­enced patent attor­neys. In the event of infringe­ments of com­pe­ti­tion law, we take care of pro­nounced warn­ings or claims assert­ed in inter­im legal pro­tec­tion — or we our­selves assert claims for injunc­tive relief under com­pe­ti­tion law on behalf of our clients. Our clients also rely on our skills and com­pe­tence in mat­ters involv­ing anti-trust law — whether it be the estab­lish­ment of struc­tures in the con­text of dis­tri­b­u­tion law or penal­ty and fine pro­ceed­ings ini­ti­at­ed by the Bun­deskartel­lamt (com­pe­ti­tion author­i­ty in Germany).
